Who we are

IMM Workforce Consulting provides workforce training, consulting and career development services. For privacy questions or requests, email ingrid@immworkforceconsulting.com.

Information you share with us

When you contact Ingrid by email or telephone, we use the information you provide to respond, discuss your requirements and plan any agreed services. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is needed for your engagement and an appropriate way to share it has been agreed.

The website’s enquiry forms currently do not send or store submissions. They direct you to contact Ingrid by email or telephone. The booking page embeds Calendly so you can schedule a call. Calendly processes the booking information you enter and may use its own cookies or similar technologies to provide scheduling. Its privacy and cookie controls are separate from this site’s optional Google Analytics choice. Review Calendly’s Privacy Notice before booking. You can also contact Ingrid directly by email or telephone.

Website hosting

Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose errors.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-WQZ0FRR1YW, only after you choose Accept Analytics. It helps us understand page visits, navigation and general website usage. Google may process technical and usage information, including browser, device and approximate location information. We do not intentionally send enquiry text, names or email addresses to Analytics.

Analytics is optional. Rejecting it does not prevent you from using this website. Google’s processing may involve countries outside your own. Read how Google uses information from sites using its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies and local storage

After acceptance, Google Analytics can set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_WQZ0FRR1YW to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Their default lifetime can be up to two years, subject to browser controls and Google’s configuration.

We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under imm-analytics-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. This preference is used to remember your choice and is not sent to Google. If browser storage is unavailable, we cannot remember the choice between pages.

Changing your choice

Select Cookie Settings in the footer of any page to accept or reject analytics. If you withdraw an earlier acceptance, this site removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics script. Previously collected information is not automatically erased by withdrawing consent. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser.

Sharing and keeping information

Information may be handled by providers used for hosting, email and analytics. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Google Analytics retention is also governed by the property’s account settings and Google’s policies.

Your requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Contact Ingrid using the email above to discuss a request or concern.
